Did you know? One 24 pound batch of fudge takes 90 minutes from start to finish. Each ingredient is measured & blended together, placed in a copper kettle & cooked to an exact temperature within 1/4 of a degree. The fudge is then poured onto a marble table and cooled slightly. Mr. Fudge then begins hand stirring the fudge and watches for the crystallization process to begin. He then forms the fudge into a loaf about 5 feet long and 5 inches high resembling a long loaf of bread. When the fudge is cooled it is sliced by hand into approx. 1/2 pound slices. Ready for a taste?
